What is IPTV?
IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) delivers live TV channels, movies and series over your internet connection instead of satellite or cable. You need an IPTV subscription and a player app or device. Read the full guide.
What do I need to start watching IPTV?
Three things: a stable internet connection (about 25 Mbps for 4K, 10 Mbps for Full HD), a device such as a smart TV, Fire TV Stick, MAG box or phone, and a player app that supports your subscription type (M3U URL, Xtream Codes or portal).
What is the difference between an M3U URL, Xtream Codes and a portal?
An M3U URL is a single playlist link. Xtream Codes is a login made of a server address, username and password, and it loads channels, movies, series and EPG faster. A portal (Stalker/MAG) is a URL linked to your device MAC address and is used by MAG boxes and MAG emulators such as Smart STB and STBEmu.
Which IPTV player should I use?
On Android TV and Fire TV, TiviMate and IPTV Smarters Pro are the most popular. On Samsung and LG TVs, Smart STB, SIPTV and IPTV Smarters work well. On iPhone and Apple TV, try GSE Smart IPTV or iPlayTV. On a computer, VLC or Kodi. Browse all devices and apps.
Why is my IPTV buffering?
Buffering is usually caused by a slow or unstable connection, Wi-Fi interference, an overloaded server or ISP throttling. Use a wired connection, restart your router, lower the stream quality and change your DNS. See the full buffering fix.
Can I use one IPTV subscription on several devices?
Most subscriptions allow one connection at a time. You can install the player on several devices but only watch on one at once unless your provider sells multi-connection plans.
How much internet data does IPTV use?
Roughly 0.7 GB per hour in SD, 1.5–3 GB per hour in Full HD and 7 GB or more per hour in 4K. Unlimited internet plans are recommended.
Is IPTV legal?
IPTV technology is legal. Whether a specific service is legal depends on whether it holds the rights to the channels it distributes in your country. Always choose licensed providers.
Does IPTV Help Center sell subscriptions?
