What exactly is Castlane?
Castlane is a complete website system for selling IPTV subscriptions: a store, automatic account delivery, payments, a customer area, an admin panel with analytics, and a web player for smart TVs. It runs on our servers under your own domain and brand.
Will my website look like other stores using Castlane?
No — and that is one of the biggest advantages. Every customer receives their own landing page, designed from scratch in our design studio by our specialists around your logo and brand colours, then installed for you. No two stores look the same, so nobody can tell that you run on a ready-made system.
How long until my store is ready?
Your store is delivered within 2 days of your order. To keep it that fast, the order form asks for everything at once: your logo, colours, domain and store details. The only thing we may wait for is the DNS change at your domain registrar.
Is there a free month?
Yes. With your first order you get one extra month free on any plan — for example, the 12-month plan gives you 13 months.
Who can see my customers’ data?
Only you. Every store runs as its own separate system with its own database. Your customers, orders and payments are confidential, never shared with other stores and never used or sold by us. You can download a full backup of your data from your admin panel at any time.
How do my customers contact me?
Add your WhatsApp numbers and Telegram IDs in your admin panel and chat buttons appear on your website — customers tap and talk to you directly. Logged-in customers can also open support tickets from their account, with departments, priority, the related subscription and screenshots attached.
Do I need my own hosting or server?
No. Castlane runs on our servers. You only need your own domain name (for example yourbrand.com). Hosting, installation, SSL, backups and maintenance are all included in the monthly fee.
How is it set up?
After you choose a plan, we send you two DNS records to add at your domain registrar. As soon as your domain points to us, we install and configure everything and activate SSL. You then log in to your admin panel and add your products, prices and payment methods.
Do I need technical skills?
No. You manage everything from a web admin panel in your browser — products, prices, customers, orders, payments and the look of your store. We take care of the servers.
Does it include channels or streams?
No. Castlane is software only. It does not include TV channels, streams or panel credits — you connect your own licensed IPTV panel or supplier.
Which IPTV panels does it work with?
Any Xtream Codes–compatible panel for the player and catalogue, plus a flexible API delivery engine that can talk to most reseller panels and VPN panels for automatic account creation.
How does the web player work without an app?
The player is a web application optimised for TV browsers and remote controls. Customers open your short TV address (for example yourdomain.com/tv), log in or pair with a code, and watch live TV, movies and series. Nothing is installed and there is no app-store approval.
Which payment methods can my customers use?
PayPal, credit and debit cards, cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT and more, with automatic invoices and payment confirmation) and a store wallet. You decide which ones to enable.
Will my customers see your name?
No. Castlane is fully white-label: your domain, logo, colours, texts and languages. Our name appears nowhere — not in the shop, the customer area, the e-mails or the TV player.
Are updates included?
Yes. Every new version and feature is installed on our servers automatically while your subscription is active — you never have to do anything. Technical support is included too.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your store is paused at the end of the paid period until you renew. We keep your customers, orders and settings for a grace period, so when you renew you continue exactly where you left off.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly later?
Yes. You can move to a longer term at any renewal and the lower monthly rate applies from then on.
